Founded in 2010, the company initially engaged in diversified export trade. 2010-2014
In 2010, Zhengzhou Tuoyu Import & Export Trading Co., Ltd. was formally established.
In 2011, the first molded wood pallet production line was installed and commissioned in India.
In 2012, founded the Henan International Trade E-Commerce Association as its initiator.
2014-2018
In 2014, Shanghai PalletMach Machinery Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2014, a production line capable of producing 400,000 molded wood pallets per year was exported to Russia.
In 2017, it was awarded the title of “Zhengzhou E-commerce Demonstration Enterprise”.
2015-2021
In 2018, Wuzhi TuoYu New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2019, it was awarded the title of “Henan Province E-commerce Demonstration Enterprise”.
In 2021, Henan Pallet Machinery Co., Ltd. was established.
In 2021, it became the vice-chairman unit of Ningbo Plastics Industry Association.
2021-2024
In 2021, it became a member of the Zhengzhou E-Commerce Association.
Participated in the “16th China Pallet International Conference and 2021 Global Pallet Entrepreneurs Annual Meeting” in 2021.
In 2022, Zhengzhou TuoYu Import and Export Trading Co., Ltd. officially changed its name to Zhengzhou TuoYu Mechanical and Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd.
In 2023, the Mexico branch was established.
2024-Now
In 2024, the company launched a process-oriented organizational transformation.
